A dark, almost earthen mineral, opened up by shards of quartz and veins of golden mica. The mirrored composition draws a central figure; the chocolate border closes the image like a frame.
The motif comes from a 100% handcrafted photographic montage: exotic ores photographed then assembled fragment by fragment, until the stone takes on the features of a mask.
Printed on silk in Italy and finished with a hand-rolled hem, the piece becomes a textile sculpture: drape yourself in it, fold it to transform it, or let it dance in the wind.
